Being the founder and director of Cyclades Unifiedngo her goal is to align her work with sustainability-related organisations and stakeholders of diverse backgrounds. Her organization is part of the RESILIAGE project consortium as a CORE Associated Lab with the view to strengthen resilience in the Kimolian community, working towards the restoration of Kimolos Medieval Castle.
She is pursuing studies for an MSc in Interpretation: Management and Practice, offered by UHI Univ. Scotland, related to strengthening intangible cultural heritage in increasing recognition and its correlation in promoting sustainable and resilient ecosystems.
Agatha has been working as Head of Studies and educator for 25+ years, prior to that she worked 12+ years in Hotel Management. She was the delegate of the Municipality of Kimolos at the WTM 2025 at the World Travel Market London, promoting Kimolos and Polyaigos to travel networks and journalists.

She represents Greece as the ambassador of two non-governmental organizations, 6+ years, ReadyourWorldU.S. and ReadtomeDayAustralia.
She volunteers for 16+ years in the Welfare program of Patras Municipality, and the last 5+ years as Project Manager and Communication Manager for Kimolistes ngo, in Greece. Partner of the 2-year Erasmus+ project: Islanders Many Islands One community for Kimolos island, cultural heritage through Storytelling and Sustainability.
As a writer and Indie Publisher, her goal is to initiate storytelling techniques to young, keep track of Cycladic tradition, and empower literacy with the publication of books.Her book “A young Kimolistas” was distributed in Milos, Serifos, Sikinos, Folegandros, Mykonos, and Santorini for elementary school students, with the donation of J.F.Costopoulos Foundation. The “Stoytelling Waves” workshops on creative writing, were held, too.
